Review the U.N.’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development here: http://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/development-agenda/

While somewhat dated, please also review the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) and the MDG Indicators (Textbook 1, Section 9.3.6, p. 469), and then answer these questions: 

1. Are any of the goals from the UN website particularly unrealistic—describe, in detail, why you think so (or not).

2. Choose one of the goals that is of interest to you and describe it in a bit more detail.  Why do you think it is important? Explain how progress on this goal could be measured.  Are there any specific examples of current successes reaching this goal that you are aware of?
