Abstract
The purpose of this essay is to examine whether animals and human rights should be equal. It will focus on human rights and animal rights, moral judgment, and elements ofexploitation. It is true that people do not see animals as superior. The animal welfare law only protects animals to a certain degree. They aren’t protected against medical experiments, as bate, and other projects. Human rights is already a difficult topic to touch on, nonetheless, animal rights. Animals have rights that should be recognized andhave a legal status that should protect them to live in their natural habitat and free from exploitation.
